We are having a club dinner at La Casita, 122 Streatham High Road, on Thursday 8 April, starting at 8pm, to celebrate the spring term starting again the following week. It's not formal, so no need to dust off the dinner jackets and evening gowns, but if you could confirm with me by Thursday 25th at the absolute latest that you'll be attending - or not - that would be great.
It's a Portuguese restaurant, really lovely food and the portions are on the large side. I can personally recommend the swordfish, and Lara will speak for the crema catalana (but it's best not to get her started on that subject). I'll be getting menus from them this week, if I can, and will email those out. For any concerned vegetarians, one of your own recommended it as a good choice.
